Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions are also known as 'The Rules'. Read this section with your parents or guardian, and talk to them if you are unsure about any part of it.

1. We check everything you send to us before it goes online to make sure that it is suitable for everyone. We make sure that your work is not rude, harmful or scary for other users. We are really looking forward to seeing your artwork. Make sure you take time over your artwork and are really proud of it. 
2. We decide what stays and what goes. 
3. Please don't include yourself or your name in photos of your artwork. We will give you a code word so that you can find your artwork.  
4. If you send us your work, it means that you and your parents/guardian are happy for us to use it anywhere, for any length of time. 
5. When you send us your work, it should be work that you have created yourself, but if it isn’t, you have to ask the person who made it before you upload it.  

Now here are the same rules written for adults. Please ask your parents or guardian to read this.  

National Art Collections Fund (trading as Art Fund), a charity registered in England and Wales (no 209174) and Scotland (SC038331) (“we/us”) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to choose to include or not include submissions for use online or to modify or edit such submissions.  

We may at some point wish to further reproduce (reproduce or store, by any means or any media) some of the images or stories posted. Your parent or guardian agrees to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, edit and publish and distribute the images and descriptions you submit.  

We are not responsible for monitoring, verifying or disproving the identity of any contributor. Any opinions, statements and other third party content are those of the respective authors(s) or distributor(s) and not of us. We do not endorse any such opinion, statement or other material posted in any image. 

You and your parent or guardian must be the creator(s) of the material you submit and must own all the rights to any material that you submit. 

In no event may you submit any material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner.  

You must not include personal data, such as names and photographs of individuals, within the material you submit. We will use reasonable endeavors to remove personal data if you submit any by mistake. Any personal data we receive will be processed in accordance with Art Fund’s Privacy Policy. You will be given a code word which will enable you to find your artwork without having to include your name or photo with the artwork.  

You must not post any material that defames any person, invades their privacy, infringes their trademark, copyright or other rights, or which is otherwise unlawful.
